Cancellation Policy
We deeply value your time and appreciate your commitment to self-care. To maintain our high level of service for all clients:
• We kindly ask for notice at least 48 hours in advance for any appointment changes.
• If canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice:
• One-time session users will be charged 50% of the service total.
• Membership sessions will be forfeited.
• For prepaid series and package holders, the missed appointment will be counted as used.
• Deposits made to reserve an appointment reflect your intention to receive care and help prevent negligence from both sides. These are non-refundable.
• If L’ubov Spa must cancel your session within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a complimentary treatment of equal value.
